The address where the shipment should be delivered must be accurately specified by the recipient.
The customer can only change the mailing address after making an order until the point when the package is actually shipped. If the customer wants to change the shipping address before the item is shipped then he/she must contact Nitrogen Mumbai. After the delivery confirmation email has been sent to the client, no requests will be received to change the shipping address.
Deliveries when the package or wrapping has been tampered with or where the box is empty should not be acknowledged by the recipient receiving delivery.
Before accepting the order or signing the delivery receipt, receivers receiving the delivery must open the box and check the contents.
If the receiver is not present at the time of arrival, the courier firm will attempt to deliver the item three times before returning it to Nitrogen Mumbai. Both re-shipment and processing costs in the event of non-delivery to the customer shall be paid by the customer.
The shipping assurance is subject to the courier company’s terms and conditions. Any inconsistency in the name or address will lead to the goods not being shipped.
For most locations within India, Nitrogen Mumbai provides FREE shipping for orders totalling more than Rs. 999. A postage fee of Rs.90.00 may be paid for orders “below or equal to Rs.999.00”.
Before obtaining or registering for acceptance, we advise all consumers to check the package for any damage or tamper.
After your item(s) has been successfully placed, booked and packed, Delivery will ship it within 24-48 working hours. For the delivery of the booked goods to the shipping address, the estimated time period is between 3-6 business days.
Return and Refund Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return the product from the date you have received it. To be eligible for the return the item should be unused and should be in the same condition in which you have received it. Your item should be in the original package that is the package in which you have received it. Your item should have a receipt or any proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund as per your card issuer policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, then the cost of returned shipping will be deducted from your refund.
